3. Fixed-Term Purchases, Fees, and Data Retention
● Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen service package or fixed-term access up front.
● No Automatic Renewal: Access is sold for a fixed period or package. Your access will automatically expire at the end of the term.
● Manual Renewal: To maintain access, you must manually initiate a new purchase before your current term expires.
● Data Grace Period: Upon expiration of your access term, we will retain your data for a grace period of fourteen (14) days.
● Data Purge: If access is not renewed within this 14-day window, your data will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our database.
● Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout.
● Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future fixed-term package purchases at any time.

● Data Scraper Restrictions: Automated scraping, data harvesting, or overloading our servers is strictly forbidden.
